Dominic Softly

Director

Dominic’s background is in production & marketing and nowadays he’s involved in all aspects of company activity. He is proud of the passion and enthusiasm the Enigma team puts into each and every project. He enjoys travelling to see new places and never misses the chance to hit the slopes.

Alan Surman

Director

Alan keeps the wow factor on the boil. He’s overseen the concept and design of every Enigma project since the beginning. He enjoys a good bowl of pasta and has a little dog called Bob.

Julian Philpott

Account / Project Manager

Julian, also involved with Live Events, is great at bringing it all together. He relishes the challenges some of Enigma’s far flung shows can present. A keen motorcyclist, he loves spending weekends riding the coastal ‘twisties’.

Zoe Smart

Account / Project Manager

Zoe gets project ingredients, and the recipe, consistently right. She loves travelling, and the range of cultures she encounters on Enigma projects. She likes to run marathons for fun and loves to relax with a spot of yoga.

Simon Blaxall

Project Manager

Simon has a knack for keeping designers’ feet on the ground. His favourite Enigma stand was at Gamescom on a buzzing 2K Games booth. In his spare time he’s into old school skateboards, Kylie and missing his Ducati superbike!

Corinne Hesketh

Project Manager

Corinne has a genius for dotting the i’s and checking the fees. She really enjoys watching projects develop from a tiny idea into reality. Corinne is also a qualified engineer – and loves solving the odd murder mystery on her weekends off.

Tom Prendergast

Senior 3D Designer

Tom calls the shots in our creative engine room. His favourite Enigma project is the Science Of Survival. He’s seen Commando more times than he can remember and would never turn down a nice plate of pie and mash.

Chris Heaton

Senior Graphic Designer

Chris sometimes thinks life would be better in 2D (he did these avatars!). He enjoys the sheer variety of projects he has worked on since joining Enigma in 2007. Music’s his other big thing and can’t get enough of his favourite TV show, Mad Men.

Jennie Cox

Junior 3D Designer

Jennie is one of our newest team members and really enjoys keeping the senior designers on their toes. Jennie likes to spend her spare time experimenting in the kitchen and spicing up the dancefloor with a spot of Salsa.

Lee Woolley

Business Development Manager

Lee is always yodelling for Enigma from the top of a mountain and thrives on the adrenalin (and results) achieved by global networking. Lee’s a keen car enthusiast and wouldn’t like to get stuck on a desert island without a bar of soap.

Louise Batchelor

Account / Office Manager

Louise makes sure the figures add up (and that the biscuits are shared out fairly). She has been with Enigma since 2004. Louise is an outdoors kind of girl but would never leave the house without her high heels.
